Land Man America which was founded in 2008 started out as one man in a pickup truck traveling around the southwestern states in search of promising solar development sites. Today we have evolved into a very effective land acquisition organization utilizing an extensive database of power line and substation maps combined with satellite imagery and GIS data covering the entire United States. This combined with our straightforward and grass roots approach with land owners has yielded great success in our ability to option a sale or lease for solar, battery storage & green hydrogen development projects. Through fair and understanding negotiations we have solidified a great relationship within many communities for future solar projects around the country.

Land Man America has procured land for over 40+ alternative energy projects around the United States. These sites range from as small as 1 acre to as large as 3,000 acres. We currently have researched over 100 potential project sites and developed relationships with perspective land owners and utility company executives across the country. These relationships along with our creative approach to issue resolution enable us to effectively assemble the elements needed for early stage development including green hydrogen.

Land Man America works closely with alternative energy development companies. We have procured land for both green hydrogen projects, utility scale solar & utility scale battery storage projects. We maintain contacts with state and local officials around the country as well as utility companies to ensure we are on the cutting edge of interconnection opportunities and renewable portfolio standards. Also, we continue to develop and expand our relationships with real estate brokers, state & county officials across the country as one of our top priorities. With our connections and expertise, we are able to facilitate projects in terms of scope and timing that would otherwise be problematic. We are currently active in 30+ states.
